By downloading, installing, or using the Trailer Tester application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a trailer diagnostic tool based on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. Its core features include:

• Connecting to compatible trailer testing devices via BLE
• Receiving and parsing real-time PWM frequency, duty cycle, Aux voltage, and IO status data
• Sending frequency control commands to the device
• Providing status indicators and audio alerts

3. Conditions of Use

You should use the App only for legitimate trailer testing and diagnostic purposes. You agree to:

• Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the App
• Not use the App to interfere with the normal communication of other Bluetooth devices
• Only use the App with compatible TTester BLE devices

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and interface design, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without authorization.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App's functions
• The stability and real-time performance of BLE connections
• The accuracy or reliability of data

You understand and agree that use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of the App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Device Requirements

Using the App requires:

• An iOS or Android device with BLE support
• Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later, or iOS 13.0 or later
• Bluetooth permissions enabled
• A compatible TTester BLE testing device

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
